2026.9.6 talking points while you record, and a time that has passed can no longer be booked

Two changes stand out this release. A clinician recording a visit now sees the talking points still to cover while the patient is in the room, and can write the clinic's own note templates on screen. Separately, a time that has already passed can no longer be offered or booked, anywhere, by anyone.

AI Scribe: what is still to cover, while it still matters

During a recording, the live checklist now shows the talking points for that kind of visit alongside the measurements, and the Stop dialog lists what has not been covered yet. The prompt arrives while the patient is still in the room, which is the only time it is useful.

A clinic can also write and edit its own note templates on screen, and pick the kind of visit they apply to: including donor sperm, donor egg, surrogacy and embryo adoption.

Consent is asked for in short, plain wording a clinic can put on its own paperwork, and the sign panel names the role of whoever signed, not just the name. See AI Scribe.

A time that has passed cannot be booked

On scheduling, a window drops off the slot list the moment it starts, and a booking whose start time is in the past is refused wherever it comes from: the patient portal, the AI agent, or a coordinator booking by hand. Previously a stale list could still be acted on.

Cancelling a booking now asks for confirmation first, because releasing a slot cannot be undone.

Signing in looks like your clinic

Register, Login, Confirm your e-mail and the confirmation page are now one branded experience carrying the clinic's name, and the password rule is stated before a password is rejected rather than after. Confirming an e-mail address lands the person at the clinic rather than on an internal page.

Signing in with an e-mailed code now also confirms the address, so an account can still sign in with its password afterwards.

Conversations

The Conversations inbox, the Reply inbox and Analytics share one section navigation, so moving between them no longer feels like three separate screens. A selected row is painted as a single fill instead of per-cell patches.

A theme fix also restores backgrounds and colours set on a table cell, which had been discarded across several screens.

Trying the product

For anyone evaluating Fertiligent through the public demo, signing up now behaves the way a visitor expects: the confirmation e-mail names the clinic, its link keeps working even after asking for another one, a duplicate address or a short password says so on the form, and confirming lands inside the clinic rather than on a sign-in form. The demo Copilot also answers what the demo home suggests asking, funding and wait times as well as protocols.

Smaller things

  • On a shared demo clinic, other visitors' sign-in addresses no longer appear in the Assigned-to picker.
  • The web widget's avatar chat page is restricted to patient-facing roles.
  • AI Scribe: the live transcript window is no longer cut short, a recording that holds nothing to ask about is skipped, and a recording whose chain has no claim ends rather than running on.
