2026.9.3 the app opens straight away, and note review flags only what it should

Most of this release is about friction that had crept in, rather than anything new. The app now appears the moment you open it, the Scribe note review stops marking almost every line for attention, and a card that could trap you on a phone can be closed.

The app opens straight away

The first person to open Fertiligent™ after a quiet spell (first thing in the morning, or coming back after lunch) could be left waiting while the system started up. Sometimes for the better part of half a minute, with nothing on screen to say anything was happening.

The app now appears immediately. The rest of the system still wakes in the background when it has been idle, but you see the Fertiligent™ start screen while that happens instead of a blank page, and the wait is measured in fractions of a second rather than seconds.

Note review flags only what a check disputed

In the Scribe, the note review screen had been opening nearly every statement as a warning, on one visit, fifteen of eighteen. A screen where almost everything is flagged gives a clinician nothing to act on.

Review now raises only the sentences a check actually disputed. Statements that were checked and stood are left collapsed, so what remains open is what is worth a second look.

The What's New card closes on a phone

The What's New card opened on a phone with its buttons below the bottom of the screen, and there was no way to dismiss it. It now fits the screen and closes.

Smaller fixes

  • A Conversations tab left open and forgotten stops checking for new messages after a while, instead of carrying on indefinitely. Come back to it and it picks up again.
  • Filter labels on the care and analytics screens now appear in your clinic's chosen language, instead of falling back to English.
  • Wording that includes a number now reads correctly when that number is zero, instead of dropping the value.
