2026.8.1 — the in-app assistant knows which page you're on
The assistant panel inside Fertiligent answers questions about whatever page you have open. Its understanding of several of those pages had fallen behind the product — on Conversations it was describing a screen that no longer exists. This release rewrites that help.
It was describing the old dashboard
Asked "How do I use this page?" on Conversations, the assistant described a voice-only phone dashboard and told staff to open a Call History page — which hasn't existed since Conversations replaced that dashboard. A coordinator following those instructions was looking for a menu item that isn't there.
It now describes the page in front of you: the worklist and its other tabs, starting a new message, taking a conversation over from the assistant, and resolving one.
Help rewritten across the product
Refreshed against the current product: Messages, Documents, Home and Dashboard, Client Management, Recorded Messages, account settings, notifications and branding.
Added for pages that had no help at all: Scheduling, Patient Knowledge, Referrals, Analytics and Content.
Billing help now describes the plans the platform actually offers, in place of an out-of-date price list.
Nothing else changed
This release changes only the help the assistant gives. No clinical workflow, patient-facing behaviour, or data handling is affected by it.
