2026.10.1 Eva answers website visitors from your patient information only
Highlights
- Website chat assistant: answers patients from the clinic's patient information and fact cards, never from staff documents.
Eva, the assistant on your website, now answers visitors' questions about your clinic only from your knowledge base: the patient documents you have activated and your fact cards, the same library your phone and messaging assistant use. Documents in the staff Copilot library, such as procedures and internal policies, are never used to answer a visitor. The sources Eva lists under an answer are now your patient documents.
Eva on your website: answers from your patient information
When a visitor asks Eva about your clinic (hours, booking, cancelling, costs, what a treatment involves), her answer comes from:
- your activated patient documents, and
- your fact cards, the short approved answers for the questions patients ask most.
She no longer looks at the staff Copilot library. Before this release she could, which meant a visitor might be shown wording written for your team rather than for patients. Anything she says about your clinic now comes from material you approved for patients.
The sources shown under an answer are the patient documents she used.
What to check
If something Eva used to answer well now gets a vaguer reply, the material it relied on probably lives only in the staff Copilot library. Add a patient-appropriate version to your knowledge base and activate it; Eva uses it within a couple of minutes.
