Video visits

Fertiligent includes secure, in-portal video calling, so staff and patients can meet face to face without a separate app or download.

How it works

A video visit takes place in a named room. Participants join the room from the portal and connect directly to one another for the call. Because it runs inside Fertiligent, there's no extra software for patients to install — they join from the same place they manage the rest of their care.

Availability

Video visits are enabled per clinic and require a small amount of connectivity configuration to work reliably across networks. If you'd like to offer video visits, ask your Fertiligent contact to enable and configure them for your clinic.
