Plans & billing
Fertiligent is offered in tiered plans. Each plan unlocks a different set of capabilities — the availability notes throughout these guides refer to whether a feature is included in your plan. This page covers viewing your plan, changing it, and managing billing.
Plans
Your plan determines which features are enabled for your clinic. You can view the available plans and see which one you're on from the billing area of the portal. Higher plans enable more of the platform — for example the patient companion, messaging, or clinical modules.
Changing your plan
From the plans page an administrator can upgrade or downgrade. Changing plans takes you through a secure hosted checkout to enter or confirm payment details; you're returned to the portal once it completes. New subscriptions may include a trial period before billing begins.
Managing billing
A self-service billing portal lets an administrator manage the payment method, view invoices and payment history, and cancel or change the subscription. Fertiligent doesn't store your card details — payment is handled by a PCI-compliant payment provider.
Availability
Billing and self-service plan management are enabled per clinic. If billing is handled directly through your Fertiligent agreement, you may not see these screens — check with your Fertiligent contact.
